For order questions, please include your Shopify order number (for example, #1002) and a short description of the issue so we can help you more quickly.

Scam and phishing policy

Lake District Scenes does not engage with scammers, phishing attempts, fake security alerts or unsolicited “experts” claiming that our website or store has a problem.

Messages that impersonate Shopify, payment providers, suppliers or other services in an attempt to obtain money, passwords, security codes or account access will not receive a response and may be reported.

We will never ask you to send your password, full card details, one-time security codes, or payment by gift card, cryptocurrency or bank transfer just to “verify” an order.

If someone contacts you claiming to be Lake District Scenes and asks for unusual payment or account information, do not pay them. Contact us using the official email address above instead.

Order security

Orders are processed through Shopify. Suspicious orders may be reviewed before fulfilment to help protect both customers and the store.
